The Wallonia-Brussels Week is intended to showcase the excellence of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation in all their facets: economic, cultural, academic, touristic and gastronomic.
The themes chosen for the Belgian pavilion will enable our operators to showcase their expertise and inspire the Japanese public, particularly in the following sectors: ICC & Digital, Chocolate, Architecture, Tourism, Culture, Life Sciences and Industry 5.0.

Wallonia Export & Investment Agency is taking around twenty Walloon entrepreneurs on an exceptional experience: a large-scale economic and technological mission, organised in parallel with the Osaka 2025 World Expo, which will plunge them into the heart of Japanese innovation and open up unique prospects for collaboration and growth for their organisation.

As part of the Osaka 2025 World Expo, Wallonia-Brussels International and Wallonia-Brussels Campus are leading an academic and research & innovation mission to Japan. Some forty French-speaking Belgian researchers and academics will be meeting Japanese institutions in order to strengthen existing partnerships, create new ones and promote excellence in higher education and research in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
